Trip Information: Please join us for a trip from Graves Creek to Foster Bar on the Wild and Scenic section of the Rogue River! This lodge trip includes Black Bar, Marial and Half-Moon Bar Lodges and they provide hot food and lodging. Four nights in lodges includes a layover day at Half-Moon Bar Lodge. Weather can be anything from cool with showers to hot with swimsuits. Boaters without class IV boating skills should have solid class III skills. We have experienced rafters that have done this run many times and will show you the river. We take 20 - 30 people on this over-four-decade annual trip. Put-in is mid-morning Friday (May 20th) and take-out is noonish on Tuesday (May 24th), giving enough time to travel to Portland by late evening. The trip is first come, first served based upon receipt of check. The $835 cost per person, paid to Van McKay, covers only the lodging and river permit. Your shuttle, invasive species permit, and Thursday evening lodging are arranged and paid for separately. It's a beautiful trip so please come along!
