Upper Clackamas Whitewater Festival

Started in 1984 by the Northwest Rafter’s Association the Clack Fest is one the longest standing whitewater events in the nation. 2024 marks the 38th annual Clack Fest. This year’s festival will be held the weekend of May 18th & 19th. The festival became an independent Non-Profit organization in 2013. We strive to organize a river festival where everyone is welcome while preserving the festival for future generations of paddlers.
